|Recommended: YesWell-maintained property in an excellent location — The maintenance team is prompt and very friendly. Good community and the apartments are located close to grocery stores which makes shopping so much easier on weekdays after a busy day at work.

Thanks go the past and present Management and Maintenance Teams.

|Recommended: YesNo problems here — Moved in, expecting pretty much the usual. We got the usual plus, meaning everything is very good. No noise which I was scared about due to a few reviews , maintenance is top notch, so far same day or next day every time. Super friendly too, for all staff. Place looks very nice and parking is normally good, though occasionally you may have to park a little far, no biggy. The room sizes and closet space is great which was big for me 2 bedroom at least . Overall, I have lived in 3 different apartments since college and this is 1st or 2nd. Certainly nothing to complain about.
|Recommended: YesRespectfully Friendly Warm and Clean — Staff is exceptional and always professional. I have only interacted with polite and kind staff. The townhomes are clean and 90 sound proof though I can hear people from time to time talking at regular volume so I do sometimes worry about privacy. Everything is well maintained though some of the the appliances and sink fixtures are starting to show age e.g. dishwasher works but it holds water sometimes or water from the sink drains into it I'm not sure which but maintanence has looked at it twice and it seems that is acceptable apparently I need to run it to get rid of the water before I use it to wash dishes though I don't like stagnant water collecting in the dishwasher . Size and layout is very nice and warm.

|Recommended: YesOne of the best properties I've ever lived at. — I would tell them that this is one of most well run and friendly townhome communities in the area. It is affordable and the maintenance staff are wonderful. The price of rent for what you get is worth every penny. The pool membership is included and the grounds are constantly kept clean and neat
